Phrase
It is a phrase used to tell someone that they are talking rubbish or rambling on about things that do not interest you.
The phrase was popularised by a video of a guy trying to tell a story to a group of people but was cut off abruptly because the crowd was not interested.

You clearly know what youre talking about, why waste your intelligence on just posting
videos to your weblog when you could be giving us something informative to read?
