A nickname that the public has given to Djo BaNkuma, a Tshwane resident who was apparently given a fine for planting vegetable in front of his home.

This afternoon, Tshwane Metro Police arrived with four cars at Djo BaNkuma’s home to issue him with a R1500 fine for planting cabbages outside his yard.
